Junction City Communications Project
Description
This project will investigate, identify, and ultimately install communication links dedicated to traffic signal operations for Junction City. This project will allow Junction City the ability to centrally control and monitor traffic signal operations as well as potentially other future ITS devices (e.g. CCTV cameras and DMS). The city–wide communication links will also facilitate the implementation of joint regional traffic operations with the City of Manhattan for the region.
