KDEM (Kansas Division of Emergency Management) is a state–level agency that works to reduce loss of life and property and protect Kansans from all hazards by providing and coordinating resources, expertise, leadership and advocacy through a comprehensive, risk–based emergency management program of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
